About us

We are Yury and Valentina Donchenko, the founders of Synaxis Labs. Yury is responsible for engineering, architecture and the technical side of projects. Valentina focuses on testing, quality and teams.

Before founding the studio, we both spent years working with complex digital products: banking systems, e-commerce, logistics, warehouse management, retail and enterprise software. We now bring that experience to Synaxis Labs projects.

Yury has spent more than 13 years building digital products and leading technical teams. He has worked as a developer, technical lead and product owner, launching products and running their further development.

Quality, testing and teams

Valentina builds testing and quality practices in product teams. She has established QA from the ground up, hired and developed specialists, and led testing for enterprise SAP solutions.
